Bob Titus is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) involved in the tax planning and compliance operations of the firm. Bob has over 35 years of experience in many areas of taxation including personal (individual and family issues), corporate, partnership, trust, estate and gift, employee benefit/retirement plans, mergers and acquisitions, and succession planning. He has a long history of working with closely held or family businesses in industries such as construction, citrus and cattle, healthcare, manufacturing, chemical, real estate, engineering, and communications, as well as a variety of personal service, retail and wholesale businesses. Bob graduated in 1978 from Florida Southern College and began his career with a regional accounting firm. He then moved to Lakeland to take a position with a large local firm, where he progressed to tax manager before leaving to start his own accounting firm in 1989. In 1999, Bob merged his practice into Wall Titus. He is a past president of the Sertoma Club and has served on various local non­profit agency boards. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
